K&M Global Ltd was founded in 2017 by Steven Dronsfield following the Management Buy-Out from Dronsfields Ltd and Dronsfields Worldwide.
Named after Steven’s children K&M was established to focus on the national and international trading of truck and van parts. With a passion to move away from the single make of vehicle that Dronsfields was associated with K&M trades with all makes, models and high volumes of vehicles and parts.
In addition to automotive vehicles and parts K&M have diversified into plant and machinery a line which they are keen to develop further with their shipping routes and supply chain.

With well established supply chains K&M moved the international operation from Dronsfields Worldwide in a seamless unnoticeable transition back to Dronsfields former trading premises at Wall Hill Mill which Steven owned with his father.
Joining him were the staff from Dronsfields Worldwide including his Sales Manager – Rick Suthers; Operations Manager – Sam Horrocks; Dismantling Manager – Ghalib Khalid and several other loyal members of staff.
Now joined by his wife Jane Dronsfield as Financial Director the team has doubled in size since its formation.
Taking his self discipline, dedication to hard work and mild manner into the workplace he first joined his father who was at the time trading in trucks and light commercial vehicles.
Keen to expand and diversify Steven set up another business trading in Mercedes private cars. Both companies eventually merged into what became Dronsfields Ltd, an independent Mercedes Benz specialist offering parts and servicing within the UK.
During Steven’s swimming career he developed a passion for worldwide travel which he soon combined with his business interests. In 2000 Dronsfields Worldwide was incorporated. Steven was proud to be awarded the contracts with G4S and Royal Mail as their sole dismantler for their armoured vehicles due to his very high level of integrity, contracts he serviced for over 20 years.
Now at K&M he is keen to maintain the family business intimacy whilst expanding the business into more countries across the globe.
With a career in compliance spanning over 30 years Jane takes responsibility for Quality Management, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems as well as overseeing the Strategic Development of K&M.
Sam helps bring K&M up to date by introducing seamless trade counter and inventory system to aid Business 2 Business communications and Sales together with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Automotive and Commercial parts, Sam is a integral part of the Team.
